ADARA SALON AND SPA POLICIES
We strive to ensure that you will enjoy your experience at Adara Salon and Spa.
Appointments
Please arrive on or before your scheduled appointment time. If this is your first appointment, early arrival will ensure that your paperwork is complete, you have enjoyed a beverage and can experience the complete service. Late arrivals may have their treatment time shortened or it may be necessary to reschedule their appointment.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment, to avoid a 50% service fee.
Appointments for packages and longer services may be asked to reserve appointments with a credit card.
Chemical Services
Chemical services are guaranteed if the service provider has agreed that your hair is an appropriate candidate for the service, and the recommended Aveda Products are used for post-service care. If you are unhappy with a service and notify us within 24 hours, the service will be corrected by your service provider within 10 days of the original service. If you are not willing to see the same staff member, a salon credit will be issued at the discretion of management. No refunds are given for services.
Aveda Products
Aveda products are guaranteed. If you are unhappy with an Aveda product that you purchased at Adara Salon & Spa, a store credit will be given if you return the product within two weeks of the date of purchase, and fill out our product return form. Refunds will be given on Aveda products purchased at Adara Salon & Spa that are unopened within two weeks of date of purchase.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are honored for purchase price. If a service price has changed since the purchase of the gift certificate, the amount paid for the gift certificate will be credited towards the price of the service. No cash refunds are given for gift certificates.
Cell Phones
Please turn off cell phones if you are receiving a service in the spa area.
Child Care
Please arrange child care for small children when you are receiving services, to ensure your enjoyment and relaxation, as well as the comfort of our other guests.
